I have been seeing Rachael for years. She always inquires and really listens to what area need extra focus to reduce pain and soreness. While the massage is full body, she always leaves time to focus on my shoulders and neck where I carry most of my stress. I always leave feeling amazing with less pain and an overall sense of well being.

Monica is equally attentive to my aches and pains. After my hip replacement, she did some work on my scar to help break up the scar tissue. She also explained how I could continue to work on it at home.

Rachael is without question the best massage therapist that I have ever encountered.

She is skilled, empathetic, effective and has the ability to read and understand an individual patient’s particular needs. In 2015 I became a client of Rachael’s after being involved in a very serious motor vehicle accident the year before. After just surviving, I was told that I might lose my foot and may never walk again without a prosthesis. Multiple leg and foot surgeries, surgeries to both shoulders and other “banged up” anatomy created real challenges. Rachael’s care became a vital part of my recovery process. Her various treatment strategies were vital to the restoration of my mobility, range of motion, body realignment and helped tremendously with pain reduction and management. Today I still have a fully functional leg and foot, walk properly without a prosthesis, have almost no pain and have recovered a high quality of life. I remain a grateful client.
